At our pre-release tournament, somebody pulled her. Was curious if you got to use her own standard and special powers, as well as other peoples standard abilities? It just doesn't feel right that she gets them all, even for an SR.

Yep, she can use her own too. There's nothing that says use the other powers "instead" of her own.

Variations of Echo's trick have been around quite a while and it can be both fun and flexible. But here, where the figure already opens strong, isn't dirt cheap and has limited range, and isn't boasting ridiculous numbers, it shouldn't generally be all that impactful unless she happens to be on the somewhat more limited mid-dial clicks.
