This Ultron looks REALLY fun, especially in Silver/Golden Age games. The bigger the game the more you get out of this Ultron, although in standard 300 he still brings good punch. I'm personally looking forward to playing him with Ultron Pym, giving him Impervious that can reduce penetrating damage, Stealth and a 10 range Probability Control. Add in a couple Ultron Drones for extra powers or even the new 120pt rare instead of Pymtron for some penetrating damage, Sidestep and more drone generation. In golden age games he'll go crazy with having basically the entire PAC at his disposal, which I can't wait to try out.
To answer your question Robert, yes they would. Unless stated otherwise, all pieces that are KOed give victory points, regardless of if they started on your force or not.
