Most Batman TA teams are gpoing to have a field day with your team, but if you can somehow flank them and take out the support peices, you should do alright. Even though your entire team is made up of fliers, you do lack mobility because of FCCF. Hope that the dice are with you and not with the other guy, I always say. Have fun, dude.

To overcome the obvious obsticle of impervious, that is where incapacitate comes in handy I will make them push and as soon as they lose imprvious/invuln I will begin my assault. Really it is more of a fun team. I woudlnt dare use it in a tourney but I would like to see how it goes in a rec game.
Pretty much my technique is to swarm and force them to push and ping them until they die. I would also like to see how my 900 point all manhunter team does.
