This is a continuation of the previous game, set a decade later in the 90s.
The theme is street level heroes / Midnight Suns against false heroes in the idea of The Boys, Invincible, etc.

But feel free to choose who you want, despite the suggestions.

For this game you can combine any fictional character from any media with one comic book character.

You can also choose previous winners or living NPCs from "Dark Rebirth" or "Rise of the Mutants".

I'll be designing pictures like in the previous games, and your characters will be shown to others.
I'll also be devising new mechanics or gameplay twists.
But I'm open to other suggestions.

For your characters choose three pairs.
I'll choose one pair, combine them, and make a new character.
And we'll go from there.
Note: Any choices from Dark Rebirth or Rise of the Mutants can't be used again, unless they survived.

as per usual, I will contact Mana tomorrow to see if she's interested in playing this one. I make no promises. Her job does take a lot out of her, energy wise. The fact that it's open to any fictional characters might be a selling point, though.
