Help with Teen Titans sculpt replacement (scale question)
Hey everyone, just curious if anyone could give some advice.
I know a guy...and he just doesn't like the Teen Titans Go sculpts from BTU (okay okay, it's me!).
Does anyone have any suggestions on versions of Robin, Raven, Starfire, Beast Boy and Cyborg that could serve as sculpt replacements that don't look completely terrible next to new scale figures?
I never owned a Justice League 52 Cyborg for example, but due to being on a rock platform, does that hide being smaller somewhat?
No problem if no one can help with the answer, and maybe there isn't any such sculpts, but figured it didn't hurt to ask. Thank you!

The problem is the old sculpts are so much smaller and these Titan Go nonsense was their first "go" at the larger scale. A classic nut-shot from WK.
The SR Starfire from Rebirth is a really nice size but isn't cheap. I want to swap her but it pains me to chop off the SR.
Rebirth Bumblebee would probably work, too. Being off scale for someone who shrinks ain't a big deal.
Beast Boy - use the raptor from Masters of Time. Or a repaint of any generic dude with a body suit, if you are fancy.
Rare Damian from MoT needs a repaint but he will fit for a Robin. Probably can swap arms or trim the bow/arrow thing - but again, its work.
I think the Rebirth Raven is too small.
Unfortunately, fans of the source material will always get the shaft because the WK team were introduced to these characters through memes, cartoons, and movies. If there is anyone who read the actual comics, they definitely aren't in design.
Visible Dials and Pushing Damage need to be optional. This is the way.

May I suggest looking at the Rebirth set? That had a lot of Titans in it. The Wonder Woman gravity feed set also includes a number of Titans. That would offer you options for Raven and Starfire. Yes, they might be a bit smaller in scale, but that might not be as big an issue as you think.
Beast boy is transforming from Gorilla to Eagle forms.
Bumble Bee is supposed to invoke the idea of a character getting small.
Finally, remember that consistency of scale has always been an issue in this game.
Most Wanted:DC Super Friends - El Dorado, Rima.
Finish the classic Legion of Super-Heroes - Light(ning) Lass, Ferro Lad, Chemical King, Quizlet.

With Space Ghost and Scooby Doo, looks clear WK had WB animated on the line last year for a few phone calls/emails, so I'd attribute that to us getting TTGo as much as anything.
Otherwise, Theis and Ziran are still at WK, and I saw an Dial H interview with a few WK staffers earlier this year. Definitely all an older set of fellas.

Thanks to all of you for the responses and suggestions.
I think this statement sums up pretty well how I feel, I really don't mind having the Teen Titans Go characters in the game.
In many ways, the scale adjustment did present a reset and a new generation of Fairly straightforward and definitive representations of many characters. The Spider-Man enemies and Batman enemies are a great example, I love most all of them in the new scale and am happy to see that they gave us such good versions.
For the Teen Titans though, I would have liked to have seen standard versions of them before the cartoon characters. Or would have rather have had the characters from the original Teen Titans cartoon. Cartoony as they are, they weren't quite as terribly misproportioned compared to regular characters. Also I loved that show and never really got into Titans go.
These dials also far more represent the characters from the original series, since Titans Go is just kind of a silly mess of things. Again not criticizing it or saying they should never have put the characters in, I just would have preferred to see the original series or the comic-based Titans before them as the first run of the new scale
Some Justice League; Arkham Asylum; and Crisis figures were made a little thicker/wider. AA Robin is elevated.
Rebirth Beast Boy due to having some height with one animal above the other
I also like Glen Quagmire's choices for Rave and Starfire from the Teen Titans Sets as replacements for them, due to how they are elevated by some effect.
At least the ones from Teen Titans (the set) have the interchangeable sculpts for the team bases, so you don't gotta snap them off or anything. I'd vote for those guys across the board.
