These questions are all variants of each other

1. Can a character charge then do a blades/claws/fangs attack?

2. Can a character charge then do a close combat expert attack?

3. Can a character with running shot run then do a range combat expert attack?

4. Can a character with close combat or range combat expert have his damage perplexed up?

Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

1. Yes, you can charge and use BCF (Man, I love Cheetah and Witchblade).

2. No, you cannot use charge and CCE.

3. No, you cannot use running shot and RCE.

4. Perplex changes a base number on the dial, and does not affect the RCE or CCE. So yes.

Perplex and RCE or CCE dont go together. IF you perplex say Amazo who has 3 damage with rce. You perplex his damage up to four, you cant use rce with the new value only the old. So in affect you'll need 3 perplex characters to surpass the RCE value but with amazo the extra one damage and being able to run is great instead of being stuck there with RCE. Why this is the way it is is because RCE and CCE cannot be used with any power or ability not superstrength or nothing.

actualy you can perplex up the damage of someone with CCE or RCE ..but then you can't use the RCE or CCE cause it doesn't work with any powers that add damage

you could however up their attack or something and still be able to use the CCE/RCE
