When using the GL team ability and you are going to move 8 figures do they have to touch him base to base or could you form them in a straight line across and still move them?

The GL Team ability just allows a flying character to move up to 8 figures at a time. They still have to follow the normal rules of taxiing, thus the 8 characters being moved would have to be adjacent to the flier at the beginning of the flier's move, and they would all have to be placed adjacent to the flier at the end of the move. I'm asking because it is more or less different then standard taxi in a way ....

It almost seems more like group TK.

The thing to remember is that the GL ability allows the GL member to carry up to 8 figures. ALL other rules for carrying figs apply, it's just they can carry 8...

So a GL can not carry Battle Fury figs, passengers must be adjacent to be picked up, passengers must be placed adjacent at the end of the movement, GL may not carry other fliers, passengers may not take an action that gives a tken AFTER being carried, and a Wildcarder copying GL TA must be a flier to use the TA.
