Clixhunter has joined our little game, which means that the X-Men are now going to get their own campaign. This, of course, is their first mission.


“Hey Scottie,” Wolverine said, walking up to Scott Summers, who was sitting on a beach, staring off into the distance. “Watcha thinkin’ so hard about? You ain’t still missin’ Jean, are ya?”
“Yeah. It all happened so fast. I wish I knew what happened to them all, especially Jean.”
“You’ll get over it though, right?” Logan asked, the usual sardonic half-smile on his face. “Trust me, I been there. Ya just need to take some time in the trainin’ room, shootin’ off that laser in yer eyes, and pretty soon you’ll have fergotten all about Jean.”
Cyclops turned around and looked into the other man’s grizzled face. “You really believe that?”
“Hey, it works fer me.” Wolverine popped out a claw, sliced a branch off of a nearby tree, and tossed the stick into the water. “There’re worse things than a girl leavin’ ya.”
“Like what?”
“I don’t know,” Logan said softly, and then shook his head. “Now ya got me lookin’ off inta the distance. Come on, why don’t we go see if Rogue’s ready ta talk yet.”
“Sure.” Wolverine and Cyclops started to go back toward the mansion when they heard a loud noise behind them. They turned to see two very strange-looking aliens approaching rapidly.
“What the heck?” Cyclops asked, putting his hand to his visor.
“My thought exactly,” Wolverine said, as he popped his claws. “Well, pretty close, anyway.”

i havent read anything about a dice server...so im assuming we're using the honor roll method? correct me if youd rather use irony or PBEM ....

I use PBE, but since I don't ask you to e-mail me the rolls to verify, I guess it is honor system after all. I just find it easier, when I'm on the computer, to use computer dice, but you can do whatever you want. I'm here to help you have fun, so if you cheat, you're only cheating yourself. I don't mind a bit.
