Playtip/Game Designer Note:

The Rachel Summers Phoenix is a powerful front-line fighter. She starts with 10 speed, 11 attack with Pulse Wave, 16 defense with Super Senses, 3 damage with Ranged Combat Expert, and 6 range with two targets. She gains Psychic Blast on her second click and keeps it for four clicks. She also has a bit of Telekinesis and Energy Shield/Deflection near the end of her dial. Her mix of powers offers her some nice options for dealing damage, and she keeps a decent level of defense throughout, so she should be useful all the way through the game.
