Playtip/Game Designer Note:
Mr. Sinister is a thorny support character who lends some offensive powers to his team. He starts with 9 attack with Psychic Blast, 17 defense with Invulnerability, 2 damage with Perplex, and 6 range. With Perplex he can either help out others or increase his attack or damage values – any of which will be effective. He switches to Toughness after his first click, but he keeps it for a long time before changing to Regeneration. After two clicks of Perplex he gains Shape Change, and near the end of the dial switches to Outwit. No matter where he is on his 10 clicks of life, he has something to make him difficult to deal with.

Yeah, with 3 Perplex stacked on top of his 9 Attack!?

Why not advertise all figures with stats that are 3 higher than what they've got?
WKids could say, "This Paramedic does 3 Damage".

Other than the attack value and range he looks great. 10 clicks of life, Perplex, Outwit, and PB are three of the best powers in the game. How fast his attack drops will be an issue though...

Sounds like a pretty decent figure, though I'm thinking I would have loved him more if he was a sub-100 point figure.

Sculpt is alright...but he looks far to happy for such an evil guy :P

Yeh, if only his attack n range were higher, I'd be a bit more excited about him. Oh's well, nice to finally get one anyhow!

We should be used to PB characthers with a 9 Attack though. It's quickly becoming the norm... they don't want EVERY range attack going through. Gotta make you work for it. 10 clicks... perplex... regen, outwit. It's all good. And a decent looking sculpt. I know there are going to be a LOT of people happy to finally get a Sinister. And this one is not bad, from a comic standpoint.

Seems pretty playable. All depends on how long he keeps the psychic balst and how long his damage stays around 2.

At first I was like WTD!? But then I thought about it and with PP that makes his attack 10 and after hearing about his powers I think I might take him over Darksied for the 45 extra points. And Darksied is a really good fig too.

I like the sculpt, I'm not really that hyped about him but who knows he might be one of the sleepers. He has the to potential to be.
