Wolverine took another hit from the Skrull, and struggled to remain conscious. “What’s that?” He thought, sniffing the air instinctively. A moment later, a gun sounded and the Skrull fell to the ground.
“Great,” Logan growled, looking out through a nest of bushes. “First I get beat up by a couple aliens, now I’m being rescued by SHIELD agents. Might as well just end it now.”
The SHIELD agents spread out around the field as they subdued the bigger alien. “Search the perimeter,” one of them said.
“With the day I’m having, it’ll probably turn out they don’t like mutants either.” Wolverine let out his claws again. “Well, at least I got a chance to heal up a little, but now I’m gonna have to take these guys down!” Out of the corner of his eye, Logan saw motion in the direction of the school building. He looked over there, and saw Cyclops motioning to him to stop, and to get back into hiding. As soon as he saw that Wolverine had recognized the instructions, Cyclops ducked back inside the building before the SHIELD agents could see him. “What?” Logan asked rhetorically. You just want me to sit here the whole time? Fat chance a’ that, Bub! If I’m not fightin’ them, I’m at least gonna leave…” Wolverine stopped short as bushes around him begin to shift and chance shape. As if on command, the creature that SHIELD had subdued broke its bonds, even seeming to become more powerful. “Yup,” Logan said, popping both claws out. “This is definitely my day.” As the SHIELD agents began shooting at the Skrulls, Rogue and Cyclops came out of the school building, ready to take on the giant bug.
The generic Alien Bug With An Energy Blast represented by Annihilus is now an E, and is at M-9. Wolverine (at full health) is at R-9, and Cyclops and Rogue are at W-12 and 13. I’m gonna be boring and make all the Skrulls Experienced also. E Warriors are at P-9, L-17, F-14, and O-5. E Agents are at S-9, M-6, N-18, and H-15. There’s an E SHIELD Medic at T-3, R SHIELD Agents at M-10, J-5, and H-9. E SHIELD Agents at E-11 and Q-3. V SHIELD Agent at Q-6. Here’s how it’ll work; I control everyone but the X-Men. SHIELD and Skrulls fight each other, the Bug will go for your guys; I recommend concentrating your attack there (except for the Skrull at S-8 that I gave Wolverine, hopefully on a silver platter). Of course, you can also hit the Skrulls to boost your AP. Remember that what SHIELD does won’t do anything for your AP.
Here's what we'll do. The turn order will be SHIELD, X-Men, Skrulls/alien. So, I'll do SHIELD's first turn.
I just realized that I put an R SHIELD Agent at M-10, in the water. I'll change his position to T-7.
R SHIELD Agent at J-5 (SHIELD #1) attacks the Skrull Agent at M-6 (Skrull #4). 7 to 15 for 1.
R SHIELD Agent at H-9 (SHIELD #2) attacks the Skrull Agent at H-15 (Skrull #8). 7 to 15 for 1.
V SHIELD Agent at Q-6 (SHIELD #6) attacks the Skrull Warrior at P-9 (Skrull #1). 7 to 15 for 2.
I roll for Skrull TA, I get a 5, 5, and 1.
Attack rolls: SHIELD #1 gets a 7, miss.
SHIELD #2 gets a 3, miss.
SHIELD #6 gets a 10 (5 & 5) for 2 damage to Skrull #1, plus knockback to N-11. That reminds me, it's a house rule of mine that when any non-aquatic characters get knocked back into deep water (water that's not adjacent to land), they take a click of "drowning damage." So, yeah, I should post that little trifle on the main thread. But, anyway, Skrull #1 takes three damage.

1. Wolverine pops his claws and tries to slice the Skrull Agent in S8 first the skrull roll: 3, wolverine is not fooled by his appearance as a shield agent...as he sniffs the air his claws go snikt and he slices...Av 9 vs Dv 15 need a 6 for the BCF roll...roll: 7 (3,4) hit for 6 and that Skrull is toast
2. Cyclops takes a running shot moving to U9 and fires a double blast of optic beams at the skrulls in N11 (the one just knocked there by shield) and the skrull in M6 first skrull rolls: N11 2/ M6 2. Av 9 vs Dv's N11-12 and M6-15 +1 for hindering= 16 . Cyke needs a 3 to hit N11 and a 7 to hit M6 roll: 6 (3,3) the skrull in the water is caught floundering and knocked out by a well placed eye blast

Isn't it true that you can't use RCE with Running Shot? They're both power actions, right?

yep you cant use RS and RCE as they both are power actions...however what i was referring to was he had already taken 3 and the 2 Cyke gave him put him over....
let me know before i do my move ok?

1. Cyclops aims at the Skrull Warrior in O5 and fires a concentrated Optic Blast, even though his ears re still ringing from the bugs blast. Av 5 vs Dv 15 need a 9. But first...the Skrull team ability- 5; for a second Scott thinks its a Shiled agent...then notices the multi-cleft chinand fires: roll: 2 (1,1) crit miss Scott takes 1. he realizes he is hurt worse than he first thought and sits down.
