aren't corporate responsibility, honesty, dependability, and professionalism kind of synonymous? what aspects of responsibility and professionalism are they addressing?
Interesting survey . . . wasn't really sure where they were coming from with some of those questions. I guess it shifted between a public image poll and a customer service questionnaire. I've never had to deal with Wizkids' customer service department, i.e., returning broken figures, but I understand from other posts that they are really good about that. I've also never heard any complaints about Wizkids' corporate integrity on these boards. It seems like the only complaints have been about marketing - - - not enough Galactus figures, etc. On the survey front, did they ever announce the winner of the Unleashed case from the last survey we took???

actually, i had to give them a mighty poor rating on customer service. i've had to go to them several times with problems on how events were being run, and wizkids seemed to ignore me. i got one response a month later, and the rest of my complaints/questions went unanswered. 1 for 5, and late then, doesn't make for good customer support.
Well my friend send one figure in for replacing and it took six months.
I have sent four in and two have been replaced. Still waiting on the others. I must contact them again and chase it up.
I think overall their customer service is reasonable. Their marketing strategy seems to be all over the place, but then where I work marketing change their mind when we are half way through developing things so I doubt it is any different.
I just wish they would sort out the rules and stick with it!

Ditto, I have contacted them several times and never heard back, I went as far as calling and leaving voice mail and NEVER heard from them. And ended up just abandoning my problem.
I also tried to report bad links/code on their site and ended up giving up I realized I was spending way to much of my time on something they didn't seem to care about or appreciate.
So they scored poor marks from me... I only wish their was a text field so you could leave comments.
What happened to the other survey from awhile ago where there were to be prizes including Galactus given out to random people? Never heard of any winners announced or anything.
Man, it's irritating that you can't edit your posts. Spelling Nazis: yes, I am aware that there is a spelling error in my previous post.
The first time I sent some broken figures in, I jokingly suggested that they send me a Thanos (the only unique I needed at the time) "if they have any extras laying around." Sure enough, they tossed it in with my new figures!
