I just wondered about this trait. If you have an opposing character in base contact with a robot keyword charcter. Can that character get a free action movement of one space or would you have to roll break away for your robot keyword character in order to move that one space.

I just wondered about a few things with powers and abilities. I saw that you cant use ranged combat expert and psychic blast together. So I assume you cant use exploit weakness and blades, claw, fangs together as well. So can you use charge with exploit weakness and running shot with pschic blast. Or charge with blades, claws, fangs and running shot with ranged combat expert. And also, if you fail to roll break away does that count as an action or can you still attack?
