If you're responding to my post - I knew what you meant. I was just trying to stir up more debate on the situation PL pointed out indicating that a non-flier based by another non flier can't take a ranged combat action.... however, RCE is a power action and a ranged combat attack.

So in theory, a non-flier with RCE, such as Huntress, couldn't make a normal ranged combat action using her base damage when based by another non-flier, but, due to the wording of the rules, could in fact use RCE on the same character.

Silly? You betcha. A mistake? Probably. A headache for judges? Certainly.

But, according to the current wording of the rules and powers, it appears that the letter of the law allows for Huntress in the above example to use her RCE on either Moon Knight or Doombot (though not both at the same time and assuming Moon Knight is not in stealth).

I'm done flogging the expired horse for now, though. Hopefully a tidy FAQ entry will clear this all up :D
