Well, it hasn't quite come to THAT yet, but I will note that the top of the Xplosion LE boxes now carry the following message: "Warning: Choking Hazard Small parts: Not recommended for children under 3 years."

I hope this makes sense.
This whole thread seems to be a loophole. Look, Arkangel, you have several experienced players all telling you the same thing. Concrete evidence? The rulebook is your concrete evidence, so is the FAQ from the Heroclix Websites. Download the FAQ from one of the websites, dig around in it and you will find that there can be:

I worked in a department store, and they had cheap staple guns there for sale. It had pictures on the back, showing what, NOT to do. 2 or 3 of the pics were pretty standard. But the last one had a pic of someone trying to staple a baby! I'm not even joking! I kinda figured most people knew that, barring mentally handicapped fellows. But, you really shouldn't give them staple guns. Or babies.

LMAO! And for some reason, I think this could have an underlying reference to the actual post at hand....

Some idiot probably tried to fasten a diaper by stapling it (not actually intending to staple directly to the baby, though).
I know what you mean though Gacy. Have you read the newest faq? There's actually 2 entries in there specifying that a phaser does not have to use all their movement when phasing and that they do not have to move in a straight line. Who's ASKING these questions?!??!

I saw those... Sad, sad, sad...
I know I still have questions about the game, but I understand the common sense stuff...
My friend tried to Hypersonically Outwit me yesterday. lol
He couldn't grasp the concept of, "Not durning an action!"

Wait - then how are you supposed to keep them from wandering off?
I used to work at a Toys'R'Us. they sold this thing called the mongo bat. It was a large hollow plastic bat that made a "Bong"sound when you hit somehting with it. after a few shipments came in they started putting a warning label on it stating"Warning: do not place on head" About a week after these were put on the shelf some stupid kid got his head stuck in one in our store. I guess he read the label an wanted to know why he should not stuff his head in side the thing.

Yeah, I have a whole bunch of questions I'd like to see addressed in the faq (seems like almost every tourney someone comes up with a new one), so it particularly irks me that a whole month goes by, we get a new faq, but virtually the only new stuff in there answers questions I've never heard asked (and can't imagine GOT asked, though obviously they must have).
