I've been tempted to get these comics. Based on your reviews, I think I might; they sound pretty good.
While I don't get Booster Gold, I can wholeheartedly recommend Tiny Titans. I mainly get it to read with my daughter as a way to introduce her into comics, but I have to admit that I enjoy the book almost as much as she does. I haven't read this issue yet, but I'm sure she and I will love it as usual.
Sounds like this is a New Earth revision. Apparently since the end of Infinite Crisis, he hasn't had Kandor at the Fortress.
@#$@#$!#$%!?!?!?
Arg...DC (and I love some of their stuff, All Star Superman is great, as is JSA and Detective Comics, thank you Dini, no more evil avatar of demons Batman) has the most convoluted and messed up continuity sometimes...you can't keep track of what the heck is going on.

Looks like you guys have already covered all my other DC pulls this week except for this one:
Green Lantern Corps #27 - Guy Gardner (and Kyle) finally opens the Warrior's Bar on Oa: the only place where aliens have been brought in from across the galaxy to cook and serve classic American cuisine. Bzzd is interred in the GLC crypt where Morro the Cryptkeeper meets Saarek, a GL with the ability to talk to the dead (wanna bet that he's going to play a big role in Blackest Night?). We also get a taste of a (new?) Sinestro Corps member; one who has made his fight against the GLs very personal. And it turns out that Mongul is more powerful than the Lanterns gave him credit for.

This served as a nice transitional issue for the series. It helped take a break from the ending of the Mongul/Black Mercy saga and is leading into the next arc with the new Sinestro Corps member. I agree with you that Saarek seems an obvious addition mainly to act as an important part of the Blackest Night saga. Are there going to be some dead GL's tapped for the Black Lanterns? And I certainly didn't expect that to be the end of Mongul as he hasn't acquired all the rings from that promotional picture from the spring. Also, you forgot to mention the flirting happening between Kyle and Soranik Natu.

Or it's an altogether DIFFERENT Kandor...or something...remember....Kandor played considerably into the end of 52, which was post Infinite Crisis. I ain't saying it makes sense, Maniac_nmt but...that's what the solicits say.
1) The one inhabited by various races and existing in a different dimension of time and space, last seen in Supergirl, where it was being ruled by the original Ultraman and Saturn Queen. This is supposedly not the real deal but a city based on the original (as per Action Annual #10).
2) The "real" Kandor, stolen by Brainaic and currently figuring into the events in Action right now.

Ah, well I didn't read 52 or Countdown (which is probably adding to my confusion).

I got the impression that the one responsible for the rain of eyeballs was a Red Lantern or connected to that arc. Of course it could also be Mongul.
