There is no restriction on the number of turns in a row a figure can act. Prior to LoSH, this restriction existed. It was removed in that rulebook.

wow.... I wish the restriction is still there, so the game would be more balanced, instead of being lopsided.

oh before I forget - where can I find Nbperp's rulings? I tried to find here and still have a hard time trying to find this...so do I resort to another one - like Gene's comprehensive rule book? Please advise. thanks.

His direct rulings will only be found on the WK rulings. He's not allowed to post official rulings on here. You might find him quoted here, though.
