The argument is good on both sides. I am leaning towards no, but until I hear from an arbiter or GD, I am voting yes. The Fact that traits cannot be countered, to me, means that one outwit cannot erase all the powers granted by the Trait like you can do to a SP, but rather have to choose one power that they do posses. Or if the trait does not specify a specific power, it cannot be countered.
Edit: After consulting the player's guide, I see that powers used via traits can be used as feat prerequisites, so ignore what I said before about that not being true.
What page is this on in the rulebook if you please.
Bruce Banner KO's:
Black Adam, Wolverine, Wonder Woman x2, Caiera, Bullseye, Iron Patriot, Hulk, Noh-Varr, Venom, Chun-Li
Traits are abilities, powers, effects, or other aspects of a character that it
possesses at all times, regardless of how its combat dial is turned during
a game. Traits are indicated by the symbol in the circle next to the
name and/or description of the trait on a character card.
All traits are non-optional and can’t be countered.

Effectively the character's use/possession of any specified "abilities, powers, effects" are really in reference to the trait that is those powers. As such, attempting to Outwit said powers would indeed target the trait which cannot be countered.

Apples to oranges. We're not talking about feats, we're talking about traits. The rulebook says that the trait is the power and that traits cannot be countered.
