now that makes sense, no point in getting ahead of the game with explaining how things are supposed to work. Better to let people flounder with playing new figures for a few weeks while waiting for rulings rather then being proactive and making sure things are clarified before release day

well if you actually answer all the questions that have been posed about new figures that have been previewed on release day then I will offer you my most sincerest apology. Although it might not be in time for all the midnight release tournaments, but I am sure everyone else will be appreciative.

Policy is policy, man. Don't give the deputies grief over it.

They won't go back and bump old threads. You have to ask again. I'm not suggesting they should go back. It would be a lot of work for not much return. If people still need answers it will inevitably come up again.

well if they want/have to wait until release day, they certainly could in the mean time make a list of rules/special power/figure questions that have been posed and release it with all their answers when release day arrives. Or a moderator could sticky a thread that compiles a list of the questions that would be easy for RD's to find on release day and answer. Just some suggestions to streamline the process to limit the delay in getting answers for new figures.

They could possibly have the Final Word forum all set up and ready to go for new figures on release day. Although I haven't looked in a while, so I'm not sure if the Final Word forum is being updated regularly or not.
