I'm thinking about getting a tablet as well ,but before I buy one I need to know one important thing.
Can you watch "adult" content on it? How do they handle viruses?
A tablet is just a small portable computer. AKA adult content machines. So if one wanted to watch such content on their smaller version of an adult content machine, I'm sure one of the various internet browsing apps would help them out.
I ended up getting the ipad 3 32 gb. Should be here in about 10 days - nice!

Not sure if trap post or....
As far as viruses go, two pertinent facts.
1. Apple is very good at keeping viruses off their stuff, but more people are trying to make them. Android does have a few viruses out there, but I think it's still safer than using a windows pc to go looking.
2. No tablet has any type of internal watchdog program to keep you off "adult" stuff. So long as you stick to trusted sites, you should be fine.

Worth knowing for the discussion here, but then you have to have an iPad, which I won't own. I HATE Apple iTunes and the fact you have to use iTunes to interact with their device. I much prefer the freedom of Android or Windows devices, and the fact you can connect them to any pc with them and they work like a hard drive vs a locked box run by the mafia.
When my old Zune broke I made the mistake of upgrading to an iPod touch. I should have spent the extra 20 dollars and bout the Zune touch...I barely used my iPod any more to be honest.
That said, my Dad does have an iPad and likes it a lot as he also has an iPhone, and can move stuff between the two for his business.

He's so bad, he mak'a me mad
