would someone be able to use both the supreme intelligence itself along with the resources dial that comes with the supreme intelligence?

Personally, I'd only allow it if someone had two copies of the figure.

You can give a character a move action to move 0 spaces, so you don't actually need the speed boost.

But there are several ways boost a character's speed value cheaply, such as the swingline feat, Terrigen Crystals, Cosmic Control Rod, Space Gem, etc.

We usually play 700. Plenty of room for Kree Friends for Supremor.

Agreed. Our little casual group likes to play 600-1000 in four player 2v2 format. That makes things quite interesting lol.

Larger formats open SI up to loads of fun combos. Putting a couple of Dreadnoughts nearby as bodyguards is a great play.

You don't need the team /team code on every line. Just at the start and at the end of the team. It'll look nicer and be less typing/copypasting.
Putting it on every line makes each piece come up as its own team.

The problem is how to get the special object to him to be picked up by him - if his speed value is zero, you need to be able to TK the special object, and some are immobile, so could not be TK'd to him.

Can you use the green power to give him a construct?
Thinking about spotlight so he can use the perplex and outwit through hindering on the Arcades Arena map. Is there a better map?
Better construct?
Would that give him a speed of 1?

Thinking of running 115 pt GOTG207R Captain Marvel on 400pt team.

you'd be able to move this guy through WXM Spiral's Dimensional Portals, right? I can't see why not, you'll just have to place the marker underneath him.
