I just did a major head turn when I realized...
I mean, getting whatever keywords makes this thing super stupid already...
He can get the Dark keyword and be sacrificed to summon Magician of Black Chaos. This would break theme so hard (in terms of actual, non-mechanical theme)... but so amazing!

This figure has been out for a few years and I still love reaching for them. Now great on X-men teams and Starfleet. Add them to the Starfleet starter set figures who all have traits to boost stats. Thugs get pretty much a +1 to all stats. 10 attack with 3 damage from 6 range is pretty great for 10pts.

I had the awkward idea of using this with multiple vehicles to create a Vehicle theme team. Just 10 points more per vehicle and you make them all sentient! Only thing is I surprisingly lack vehicles with the "vehicle" keyword. I've got the Deadpool Merc Jet, Turtle Van, & Arrow Cycle, only 1/3 with "vehicle." I'll just have to see what I pull from my Infinity pre-release, because I think it would be a hilarious theme.

Doesn't work. Thug takes named keywords. Vehicle is a generic keyword.

Dernit, you're right. Well, that means I get to look for other cheapos to just try it, anyway.

I played a Vehicle theme team of the Quinjet which has autopilot, and the Merc Jet piloted by JW Deadshot. It looked cool just having two planes on the map but I did really really badly :')

Great filler for Monster theme teams with Captain Venom. +1 attack if he attacked earlier in the turn is just a bonus.

Wouldn't work. Thugs gain named keywords during Force Construction, cap venom only triggers at the start of the game (after force construction). thugs cant take monster as a keyword.
