Squabbler, Thank you for the kind words and the helpful advice!
And before I go any further I want to apologize to everyone for the inconvenience. I took those out of my albums here and when I sent everything to Rob it was on a PM and came out as links instead of pictures. I've been resizing my pictures and I've been aiming for around 400 wide but I must've missed this one because it's an oldie.
I sincerely enjoy these contests and I enter them because I have had a long and unique relationship with this game and I like to share the characters I'd love to see in it.
That being said, I posted this weeks entry because:
I love October and Halloween and these themes are always fun!
I'm always happy to get feedback on ways to make it a realistically playable dial. I don't play as often as I did and most of you have a much better understanding of today's game.
So in my conversation with Rob I mentioned that I'm out of the country so I'm just fine with the friendly advice so I'm not expecting any votes this week. Just glad to be here.
Niceguyrob is a gracious host and I don't want to abuse his kindness.

First off, love the sculpt & paint job! Absolutely beautiful.
Secondly, I think you did a fantastic job recreating a Bouncer. This feels like how I'd expect one to feel. Sidebar: I truly wish we had BIOSHOCK 1 & 2 official dials. Love those games and their lore.
I appreciate that. Modding Heroclix was something I really loved to do. I have a bunch of my favorites scattered throughout my albums here.
As far as Bioshock goes, l also have a deep affection and appreciation for the games. It's beautifully dark and every step of the way you are enveloped in a rich, exquisitely drawn and designed game. Bioshock Infinite wasn't as good as 1 or 2 but still a great video game and despite it's flaws, the Heroclix version is still tied with Indyclix as my two favorite Heroclix expansions. It's certainly one of the better sculpted expansions.

Keeps all the information tighter together and makes it more digestible. Arguably, "Hurt 'im, Mr. B! Hurt 'im!" doesn't need to be pick-a-power; it can just be all of them. msnp053a Man-Thing is an example here.
msnp053a Man-Thing might also suggest lowering Big Daddy (Bouncer)'s point value to 55-60. Power Creep moves fast in today's game.
Thanks for pointing that out. Here I am thinking that I want it to be a cheaper, leaner version so I don't want want to overpower it and then Man-thing says "Here, hold muh beer..." .

Yeah, that was a clumsy attempt to bring the quake like power that he uses before a charge that knocks the player off balance/relatively defenseless when he plows into the player's character. I'll try to tidy that up.

The reason is that "FREE: // " doesn't tell me what's free, and it cuts to a different power.
When I try to shrink the picture it usually takes me a while but I eventually get it right. I'll give it a look. Thanks.

I'm much happier to see this dial and its beautiful sculpt than not at all!
Thank you for that. I really appreciated your comments!
This version was a severely trimmed down version of an earlier dial I made a few years ago. (It was 225 points!)
I think that was in a contest here. It was really overpowered and a completely fanboyish dial. I'll pm it to you if I can find it.
Thank you for your advice. It's really appreciated.

The Bite of a Weremole: CLOSE: once per game, make a close attack using Blades/Claws/Fangs, modifying attack +2. If Muriel hits with this attack, after resolutions give the hit target a Weremole token. Opposing characters with a Weremole token can use Charge and Battle Fury and can't use any other powers. Characters with a Weremole token have "At the beginning of your turn, roll a d6, modifying the result +2 if this character is adjacent to one or more characters friendly to itself and no opposing characters. 6: remove their Weremole token." Tunneling Like a Mole: Phasing/Teleport. When Muriel uses it, after resolutions generate a hindering terrain marker in the square she began and ended her movement in.
Significant Appearance: Courage the Cowardly Dog, Season 1 Episode 5 Part 1 "Night of the Weremole"
DestructoBoy - Zombie Houdini
A little stage magic with my voodoo? Don't mind if I do.
He's a standout among other zombies for his support powers and consistent damage output, and him making Water Terrain useful for non- folks makes him even better.
StormCrawler - Young Hellboy
An interesting take on the Sidekick idea, with the student offering bonuses to the teacher, equipping them to defend him or use him for their own safety. That's also a unique usage of Leadership, since the FREE wording stipulates that it gets granted once the turn has already begun, so Action Total is up +1, but the chosen teacher never gets to roll for token removal. Overall, very much worth the points without ever feeling too strong or too useful. Pick a good mentor, and they're both set.
brennan4 - Venomsaurus Rex
Sort of a funny entry, as I've never understood the concept of a stealthy colossal, but you manage to make the dial feel like Venom while fitting within the bonus constraints and doing your own take on a Jurassic character. That much versatility is admirable.
Honorable Mention: ComicJunkie - Annatar
It's a bold move to make a dial that encompasses an entire season of television (though they don't make seasons like they used to, amiright?), and it mostly pans out. Unfortunately for the character, unlike Annatar's onscreen dupes, I can see exactly how much power his ring-gifts give him. The rest of his team will need to be incredibly full of Probability Control (since friendly rings let Annatar make anyone a Poison threat, covering the need for that element on his force) for me to consider accepting even a single ring from his hand.
Bound Together In Common Flesh: At the beginning of your first turn, or when Flesh Colossus is placed on the map from your Sideline, you may KO up to two friendly characters of 15 points or more who have the Monster keyword and are adjacent to Flesh Colossus. For each character KO'd this way, modify Flesh Colossus' combat values +1 this game. Protected: Pulse Wave.
Colossal Retaliation: Fist Of God: FREE: If no friendly character has been placed this turn, choose an opposing character within 4 squares that attacked Flesh Colossus or damaged a friendly character with the Monster keyword since your last turn. Place Flesh Colossus such that it can make a close attack targeting the chosen character, then do so.
This Is Not The Worst: Super Strength. // When Flesh Colossus makes an attack, if it does not use an object in that attack, after resolutions the target gains Immobile until your next turn.
Significant Appearance:Hellboy: Almost Colossus (1997)
HM GreenMan's Big Daddy. Love the sculpt! Dial is nice as well, but that movement power feels a bit powerful, in addition to three traits and 3 special powers (although I can understand the choice to fit this week's prompt with black and white)

Targeting: Characters E is for Extinction: POWER: Generate a Wild Sentinel Bystander [MAX 3] I will humiliate and annihilate you all: Mind Control. When Cassandra Nova uses Mind Control, hit characters modify Attack +1 while friendly to your force, and modify defense -1 until your next turn. Do you get it now? Charles has left the building: I'm Cassandra Nova Xavier: STOP. When this click is first revealed, choose a standard character on an opposing force. Place that character and Cassandra Nova in each others' squares.

Movement: Destroys Blocking.
This is for the "cheated death" portion of the prompt, based on Cassandra tricking everyone into thinking she was dead when she really hopped into Xavier's body and dumped him in hers, making him take the bullet meant for her.

The day she was born, she had been dead for 30 years.
It's 1983. The hot wars are over and the cold has set in. Television's in color. The radio star is long dead. The unholy mass of stringed together brains that Frankenstein's Monster has become stretches like a fleshy spider-web through the bowels of New York. Rivers of bone, flesh and metal churn in the sewers as it builds and builds, eternally seeking a more perfect form. Puppet bodies multiply like department store mannequins in the dark. But not every brain remains part of the hideous whole.
She doesn't know her name. She has no idea who she was before one of the monster's many arms dragged her below the streets like so many hundreds before her. She came awake in a wash of static. She's more a mind now than a brain. She rides electric impulses through the Monster's miles of synapses. She reaches out through wires and cables and circuits. On assembly lines throughout the city, she forges the frame of her new body. It is baptized in the seas of roiling flesh beneath the city. Skin over metal, organs sheathed in steel. The Monster searched for perfection for centuries. Now she rips free of it in a mighty pulse of lightning, like a self-made Eve from Adam's side.
These days, whenever the Monster's many hands creep up through manholes and sewer grates to drag the unsuspecting down into its mass, she is there is there to stop it in a bolt of lightning. The Monster was once called an Angel. It has birthed a goddess.
1 Shadesmar- the Monster: I'm shocked "Frankenstein in WWI" isn't a premise I've seen before, I love the aesthetic. Great writeup, and the dial is quite well-realized.
2 Buckwheat- Jonah Hex: A great idea for a dial, shocked we haven't seen this yet, given the prominece of Lanterns and DC Western characters. Not too flashy, but perfect for the current approach to Black Lanterns.
3 Zombie Gladiator- A great take on how any Scooby-Doo villain would be handled (we sadly never got any official clix of any of them) with a lot of little details for this specific baddie.
Man, this was a good week. Really hard to narrow down the votes this time.
