I reckon it's a storyline title with that word in it, such as:
Reign of the Supermen (1992)
Batman: Reign of Terror (1999)
Spider-Man: Reign (2006)
Dark Reign (2008)
Reign of Doomsday (2011)
Reign of X (2020)
Devil's Reign (2022)
Truth be told, I thought it meant ‘when the bad guy is in control/bad ending’ storyline, given how most of those storylines IIRC have that premise. More the idea than the exact name…though that may just be my finagling because I think the closest to DC/Marvel I’ve done in a year is Watchmen,

To be fair, Buckwheat had the right idea for my original intent, but I enjoy Daka's interpretation of it as well that I'd completely allow that!
The Question’s Batman - just an incredibly solid, mobile, stealthy Batman. I applaud that this manages to capture just about everything about him without overdoing it.
MoonKnight2009’s Death’s Head II - I know nothing about this dude beyond that he’s a badass cyborg and he’s big in the UK. Your dial makes me want to know more about him!
mmiller42’s Deadpool - I almost dismissed this Deadpool for having such a short dial without Regen, but his “Bound, Gagged, And Mailed Back To Tolliver” trait is lovely, tricksy, and maddening— all great traits to Deadpool.

Sadistic Symbiote: Plasticity & Steal Energy. Carnage U.S.A.: Blades/Claws/Fangs & Toughness. // Whenever Carnage U.S.A. is placed on a different edge of the map, place a Postcard Token on his card for each different edge. Carnage U.S.A. modifies his Blades/Claws/Fangs roll by 1 for each Postcard Token. FREE: Remove all Postcard tokens from Carnage U.S.A.'s card and gain 2 Mission Points for each.
Interpreting "reign" as "reign of terror," here's my earliest memory of such a thing-- Carnage U.S.A. cards from the 1995 Spider-Man Fleer Ultra card set.
In each card, Carnage would visit a different American landmark and send pictures of his wanton chaos and arson as postcards to Spider-Man, Venom, Dr. Ashley Kafka, Shriek, etc. to brag about his exploits and bodycount.
As an elementary school kid trying to memorize landmarks, this was a great way to reinforce those lessons!

I really leaned into the first appearance prompt on this one. He is a very different character in that first issue, going so far as to criticize Sunspot for being too brash, using completely different and weird weapons, and not getting back up after he is hit by three knives in the back.
I've just recently started looking for HorrorClix. If you have extras, message me and we can work out a trade.

Ah, that makes tons of sense! Speaks even more highly of your dial design, then!

Does Injustice count as a reign story by that definition? Specifically the video games preferably, since I'm more of a gamer than a reader at heart lol
I was going to use this prompt as a chance to make a new six-armed Ultron (Age of Ultron), but I can't remember for the life of me if that character actually was in the story or if it was just the cover art.
And so he left, with terrible power in shaking hands.
[i]Interpreting "reign" as "reign of terror," here's my earliest memory of such a thing-- Carnage U.S.A. cards from the 1995 Spider-Man Fleer Ultra card set.
And of course, this summer Carnage added an event to our list of "events with 'reign' in the title."
