Like Walking Dead, What other comic series do you think would make great TV shows?

In my honest opinion........





X-Factor-This series would be awesome in a live action setting, great storylines with some cool plot twists, comedy, drama & most important of all superpowers!

Wolverine & the X-Men- Now this will make a great animated show. Huge cast, great stylized visuals & stories.

Green Lantern- Live action but not like the movie. Focus more on geoff Johns material.

Batman Inc.- See Wolverine & the X-Men

Lobster Johnson: Live action, pulp heroes, CGI background a la Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow.



Invaders: WWII, Live action, Nazi badguys, plenty of opportunity to showcase superpowers with an iconic backdrop.

They were going to make a Fables TV show. Would've been awesome. But now that they made Once Upon a Time, Fables will never happen.

Having seen the unaired pilot, Global Frequency would've been one hell of a great show.

Any X-force version would be a good animated series.

As for live action, I would say any series that doesn't involve super powers, rather that they focus on martial arts or weapons skills.

The Boys. Could be a movie too.

I would watch a Lobster Johnson show. That would be entertaining to say the least. But who would you get to write it? And who would you piick to play LJ?

To write Lobster Johnson? Not sure.. might be nice to have a rotating 'cast' of writers.

I foresee a tone similar to X-Files meets Monk.

To play the hero? Bruce Campbell or Thomas Jane.




I'd also like to see a Power Man and Iron Fist TV show.

I think that a lot of TV shows that would be superhero related would have to be animated for me.

I would love for the BBC to make a Dr. Strange show because they are doing a great job with Sherlock and Dr. Who, I think that Dr. Strange shouldn't be that much more of a stretch.

I'd think Robinson's Starman would be an awesome series. They wouldn't even need to adapt specific storylines; just the characters alone could carry all-new plotlines. And Times Past stories make for great standalone episodes.

Given most networks preference for procedurals, a book like Gotham Central would have made for a wonderful series even sans Batman.

Well, it *was* a great show, and it was called Homicide. Or The Wire, if you're into the cable thing. Basically, you get David Simon to write it and you're golden.

I'd love to see "Preacher" get the HBO series treatment. Ditto something like "Transmetropolitan," though it'd be an EXPENSIVE show to do right.

I really wish Gotham Central had made it to air.

I'd like to see Cassanova adapted to live action.

A live action Cowboy Ninja Viking would be pretty wild as well. I'd feel for the actors involved.
