Wow...you all absolutely didn't make it easy to vote this time! There were so many great options it was almost impossible to choose!
WEEK 3 VOTES 1. brennan4 - The Riddler
I can't help it. I love Ed too much. He's such a fun antagonist and this dial presents him exactly as he should be. Annoying as all get out! I'd happily field him any day and groan if I ever had to face him. Nice work!
2. RockyRaccoon - Bill Cipher
Fun bit of Superherojhn lore, Gravity Falls actually ended on my birthday and played a big part in me and my Fiancee meeting. Is it relevant for the dial? Nah. Story time aside, I love this dial! The mechanics are all fun and feel very appropriate for Bill. This is a dial I'd love to have in my collection!
3. Limelight 451 - Cthulhu
Not the biggest Lovecraft fan, but I do love me some cosmic horror. And very few things are more iconically eldritch than Cthulhu. The issue with dialing an entity like that is finding a way to properly represent their powers and abilities. This feels just right for a sleeping Cthulhu! I love the interactions with the Madness tokens, and I could see a beefed up version of this being an incredibly fun scenario to run. Nice work!
HM: Hesster56 - Freddy Krueger
Full disclosure, I have also never seen any of the Elm Streets, but this seems like a great representation of what I've also absorbed from my more horror inclined friends. He just barely got edged out this month, but if I had a 4th vote to give it'd absolutely go to him. Unfortunately, not having that defense power actually on his dial, while very in the spirit of Wizkids design, did bump him out of the top 3.
I personally only vote for pieces that function according to the rules.
I know that a lot of people also judge based on that standard, which was why I inquired. Personally, I don't; intent matters more to me, but it still affects how I vote.
But, make no mistake, it is a brilliant concept, and I am jealous that I didn't think of it. And, Question, thanks for taking it so well. I don't mean to pick on you. I'm going to have to provide an in-text citation with your name on it when I inevitably make a dial using a similar mechanic.
Also, before the contest ends, and the Great Migration happens to next month's thread, on behalf of everyone, thanks to Stormcrawler for running this, and also giving Old Man Rob a break. (He calls us "kids"; I am allowed to call him that.)

Oh I get it, not much precedent in Heroclix for skipping extra attack rolls like that, thanks though.
The final votes are in! After a close call, Spider-ham's Violator took the victory to the finish line for round 3.
Buckwheat brought home the most votes for the whole month, congrats to a very consistent strong showing and awesome dials!
With this, my 15 minutes of hosting fame ends, leaving me to thank you all for your participation. Hope you enjoyed the prompts (any constructive feedback is always welcome)! The level of creativity and inspiration on display in these contests never ceases to amaze me. Looking forward to see you all next month, where I assume niceguyrob will be taking the reins again.

Apparently I can't give double rep to someone, but thank you very much StormCrawler for taking over, and thank you everyone for the continued interest and creativity
We WILL be seeing you in a few days with some more wacky HC hijinx
