So Golden Glider has the ability:

CAMEL SPIN: When Golden Glider makes a close attack she may choose to target all adjacent opposing characters. // Blades/Claws/Fangs, but may use it if targeting multiple characters and rolls a separate d6 for each hit character.

If I equip the item xmxss003 Vermilion which has the description:
EFFECT: Blades/Claws/Fangs. When this character uses it, after resolutions deal 1 damage to each opposing character adjacent to the hit target.

If I have Golden glider in a setup where X is an opposing and G is me:

Does vermillion trigger on every single one of her D6 blades rolls?

Golden Glider only uses BCF once and targets additional characters, rolling a d6 for each.

Those are separate sources of BCF with the additional effect tied to that specific instance of BCF. You'd have to chose which version you're using.
