ComicJunkie - Sauron
This is basically the perfect representation of end-of-the-Second-Age Sauron. The mask is off, and he's stomping around after blood, really only bothering to try more nuanced means if his opponent's already left a door open for him. Each of his point lines feel like they hit about as hard as they should, and his method of using the One Ring is suitably different from how it was used by the Fellowship.
Dragonfly2099 - Ma-Ma
She's excellent on the Peach Trees map, but even caught at a disadvantage she's quite useful for her points. Her beginning-of-turn effect affecting other beginning-of-turn effects subtly reinforces her importance on your force, and might be worth building a team around.
Her bomb is more powerful than your average exploding character (Shredder, Jocasta), but it's not automatic. You'll need to take an action to trigger it, so it seems fair, especially on a Unique character.
Squabbler - Lightbright
The flavor on this one is very much I-am-not-a-main-character, but not everyone on your force needs to be a star, and she seems competent at the role she plays. Giving friendlies a method of saving themselves from her Pulse Wave is a nice potential bonus, too.
Honorable Mention: 2 Gun Kid - SuperPro
Seeing him coming did nothing to lessen the comedy of his arrival, but his abilities don't seem to mesh together very well.
I would make his Charge normally costed, but FREE if he has two action tokens. Then I'd make his 1st Down trigger after 6 squares instead of 10, so he'll have to fully commit to Sidestep, then Charge, or else Charge, then break away and Sidestep, if he wants his token removed.
HM) Tie - Pipe of Hamelin and Rainbow Batman (you know who you are) - I read and write contracts for a living. They tend to be more straightforward. HeroClix is not PreAlgebra and the only equation I’m interested in is the point formula just to prove it exists (and improve my designs wink wink). Once I read these enough to get the intent I liked them but the hassle of rereading cost you both an actual vote.
Thanks for the HM. How could I have worded it better?

This accomplishes the same task due to your power layout. I see it as much less complicated. There are plenty of components to HeroClix for right brained people (grids, combat values, simple addition subtraction and division) but the language centered left brains need their place in the game as well. I see it like music, it’s the mix of both that makes it beneficial and appealing.

Thanks. This might be even clearer:

IMO, the way that you have worded it can be interpreted as, if you choose yellow, only characters with Pulse Wave and Defend get Shape Change.

That changes the effect to cover powers not present on RB’s card and I wasn’t sure that that was the original intent.
Right on. Here's to hoping that I can continue my streak of 1950s Batman stuff!
At some point I’m going to let a DC New Frontier set out of the Secret Stash. If you haven’t read it it’s a heavily stylized Elseworlds that bridges the gap between WWII and the Silver Age. 50’s pastiche definitely has a spot on that set list and I’m down to collaborate. I’m about 2/3 done with the massive undertaking that is a BG3 set and its many D&D components but once that’s done I can move it up the queue.

I want in!
Yup, I remember picking it up off the shelf at Blockbuster the first time that I saw it! Sixth grade!
Buckwheat - Bat-Radia - It’s cute! I like how it turns every character into Daredevil :D. Really, though, the balance is good, and it feels like a much more limited and situational Outwit.
LostGaladorian - Rat King - This dude’s got big wov030 Blackheart energy. I dig the subtlety at play here.
ComicJunkie - Sauron - Yep, that seems like Sauron. Takes me back to FELLOWSHIP’s prologue. Also makes me miss using lotr208 Sauron.
1: Bat-Radia: Shocked we haven't gotten this before, a really fun take on this object. This is a really interesting concept, a Pulse Wave that doesn't deal damage, but takes away a ton of possible defenses. The Bat-Radia reveals all.
2: Ma-Ma: I was looking forward to her all month, and wasn't disappointed. This is a great representation- she controls the battle from atop her tower, makes you come to her, and has one last trick up her sleeve.
3: NFL Superpro: Fun, Flavorful, Effective.
