Arguably still the best ATA in existence. The sheer flexibility to choose your TA at the start of each match in a tournament makes it a winner. Mystics or Ultimates is the usual choice, but Sinister Syndicate works well when Hawkeye or Bullseye are present.

Is it 8 points per character using the ATA or is it 8 points to just use in general?

All ATAs are costed per a character and must be assigned it if they have the Keyword.
