Eh, that's good too, but PW is honestly the best attack power in the game, so Id go with it nearly everytime.

I don't care for PW on my taxis. Its primary function is mobility (even for BF) and not nuking friendlies. Optimal use is a pilot with standard attack and damage powers plus good values and no movement powers as they are wasted in this case. Getting extra mileage from top dial powersthat are in short supply for your theme (Outwit and PC). Now that we have 100 pt turtles the Leadership isn't as useful.

I prefer using it in a supportive role and let the rooftop guns be the fallback when needed. Quake and Empower mesh well with this role.

I've had good luck with S1 Splinter piloting the van, for all the reasons people have said, as well as keeping Splinter relatively safe. Someone mentioned it's cumbersome to pop him in and out of the van for his trait, but I find it works a lot better than the Pizza Dial. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Speaking of Pizzas, I've got to imagine the whole point of S2 uncommon April is to pilot the van and give it Support.

Tried S1 Rare Raphael as a pilot, for the quake, but it didn't work out so great. Having to push the van to get Charge makes it less appealing as an attacker.
