I borrowed the first trait from the Greek gods that were in the SMWW set, the second trait is either him outfitting friends with good armor or casting scraps out of his Workshop that would later land on Earth. The third trait was just for flavor I got a giggle out of thinking someone might actually do that. The rest of his dial is meant to represent all his different inventions there is some Synergy clicks but a lot of them aren't really compatible together so you have to think about what you want Hephaestus to do.

No Man Shall Outpace Me: Atalanta may replace her speed value with the highest value on the map +1. If Atalanta enters a square adjacent to a Golden Apple or a character holding one her action immediately ends, the object is KO'd, and she is healed of 1 damage. Hide of the Calydonian Boar: Atalanta can use Invincible and Super Senses. Artemis' Blessing: Atalanta can use Range Combat Expert and Stealth.
It's a bit of a shame: I had envisioned the Titans as more of relic style figures that didn't necessarily get played, but offered boons and bonuses to the characters that met the criteria.
They've clearly sculpted Atlas as a combat figure, so I'll try to do the same. I just don't see them siding with one side over another :P

These Wolves Seem Docile: Circe's Wolves does not break theme if your force includes a character named Circe. Pack Animal: Non-free actions given to this character do not count against your action total if the action is given while adjacent to another character with this trait.
I really like the use of the wolves here. I was just thinking of making the wolves separate entirely but your integration of them into Circe's dial is wonderful.
Question: Did you intend for the wolves to possibly be drafted regularly? Without Circe? Or can they only be spawned by Circe and that's it? Because I like the idea of the wolves getting multiple purposes. They can function as 15 point filler for a team as well as be a great element of Circe's dial.

I REALLY like the scraps token element. I think it's really cool but it certainly needs to be balanced with the other gods. I think there should be a limit to how many scrap tokens you can use on one character. (For example, you shouldn't be able to pump up Zeus' stats by +3) I think you should either limit the ability to non-deity targets, or limit it to only one scrap token bonus per character.
I will have to insist though that you make this a 2x2 dial. Otherwise we really cannot use the dial at all and that would be a shame. I recommend you tinker with the ideas you have presented a little and come back with a longer dial. This is still really promising work though so I'm excited to see what you come up with.

Awesome! Atlas will be a 6x3 base figure, which does mean you can do a situation where he has 3 combat dials and 1 special dial. That dial could be anything you'd like. If you'd like to make it so that special dial can be drafted alone off the board you can do that. Perhaps a dial that connects to Atlas holding the world? There's many options.

Draft them regularly or let them sit on your sideline until Circe brings them in. Like Maximus with Alpha Primitives, just not as broken.
