Divine Aura: Venus ignores opposing character's Outwit and Probability Control unless they have the Deity keyword or a higher point value. Infinite Inspiriation: Multi-Attack. Characters targeting or targeted by Venus cannot use replacement values if the replaced value would be higher than the printed value. Blessings From the Gods (15 point line): You Thought You Had a Choice?: Power: Choose an opposing character with a lower point value within range and line of fire. This turn, the chosen character can be given a power action to use Multi-Attack as if it were friendly to your force, and cannot be attacked by other friendly characters until your next turn. Would You Really Want to Damage This?: Mastermind, Shape Change Seduction: Adjacent characters cannot make attacks.

Before even getting to the dial, having the Prome of a God use the Roman name is actually brilliant. I didn't even consider that. Now as for the dial I really like hat it's a cheaper God. 200pts for the half dial line and those abilities? So worth it. My one question is about the "You thought you had a choice?" Ability. The second sentence is confusing me. Is the character friendly until the beginning of your next turn, and so cannot be attacked by your own characters? Or is the character only friendly until the end of your turn, and cannot be attacked by your characters? I'm just not sure what is trying to be said there. Although I understand that she is giving an opposing character the MultiAttack ability and that you control the character for an amount of time.

It made sense so I ran with it. Now I want Roman equivalents for all of them lol
Cleaned up the language to avoid confusion. For the cost of 2 actions and loss of a possible target you get an automatically successful MC to Multi Attack that doesn't call itself MC so normal defenses wont apply. I don't want to create a loophole where you can take an opponents only character and win the game without a dice roll. I updated my first Aphrodite's SP to ensure that would not be the case either. I have desperately avoided allowing Blessings to give out an 18 Invincible for 15 points but making it a prime feels less dirty.
As of this post all I have left are Zeus (saving the best for last), Hades (second to last as he should be), Artemis, Hephaestus, Atlas, and Prometheus. Eurytus is on page 23 in case you missed him. I will do a Patrocles as a repaint for Achilles, since he is such an integral part of the Iliad. Considering finishing off the classic Pantheon, Trojan Horse, Persians (to reenact Thermopylae), and perhaps some other historical figures. The Hell Judges' inclusion makes me want to throw the rest of Dante into the mix but that may be overkill. I promise I do have a life outside of creative corner so all of this is down the line.
There are a couple that I'm not as pleased with that I will most likely be making some drastic changes to. I'll make sure to note when I make changes so you can give updated feedback.

I feel that making it a prime works for the 18 Invincible. It seems like something Wizkids would do. Although, this does raise an interesting question, is it possible to run multiple Blessings? Could I have 45 points of my team dedicated to three Gods blessing characters? And if not, should that be considered? Just a thought.
Your enthusiasm is most appreciated! I would love to see a Trojan Horse get made. I'm not sure if you saw the PM I sent you but I figure I'd post it here anyway because others may want to take up this follow up project I'm planning.
So this may be putting the cart before the horse, but I'm considering a smaller follow up Heroclix set to this Mythic Battles set. There is a Kickstarter game I am backing called "Lords of Hellas" that I believe would make a really cool companion set for our current Mythic Battles set.
The "Lords of Hellas" game is a "What If?" scenario, where the Greek heroes, Gods, and monsters, are all futuristic and mechanized. As if the ancient Greek legends had more tangible technological power than we ever realized. There are significantly less named characters to create so the set would not be as massive of a project but I believe there are also some characters we haven't addressed yet.
Its too early to start this "Lord of Hellas" set now of course, but I figured as the lead contributer to this project I would greatly appreciate your insight and experience. I would also really appreciate the help of anyone who is excited about the possibility of a new set like this. All are welcome!

Absolutely. Just drop a new post in the thread that says "Altered -insert name-" and perhaps maybe a quick blurb of what it was you altered so I know what I'm looking for.
You can run as many Blessings as you want but they count as characters during force construction so theme would be affected. Each one is Unique or Prime, so no having multiples or running one on the field and equipped to another. Per equip rules, its standard characters only (no bystanders (which now includes all non-clicking figures), duos, team bases, vehicles, tiny, or greater size), and when equipped with a second the first gets KO'd.
When I designed the first one (Poseidon) it was making Entity possession fun yet less exploitable. Replacing combat values and powers is a give and take in most situations as opposed to just making great figures over the top as most people used them. I try to stay away from damage reduction and the 'experts' to keep their costs even and will not have more than two deities able to provide a particular power (Venus excluded for pink Prime-iness). The Gaia resource dial is a flashy way to play your whole Pantheon on a budget and possibly pull a Supreme Intelligence maneuver on an unsuspecting opponent. 65 points is pricey for a resource but I think they tend to be undercosted anyways.
Python and Orion are 2x2 dials and should get moved to Giant Sized.
Many dials are peanut. Should they get their own category?
So many Giant Sized perhaps they should get rarities amongst themselves?
If considering drafting then we should determine contents of boosters. I think a box containing a Titan should come by itself. Scylla and Charybdis should come together, and maybe even Poseidon with Ketos. 2 per box unless Titan is my vote.
Patrocles will be in the OP Kit and you may as well list Trojan Horse and the Argo as Con Ex.
As far as the next IP I'm gonna get this wrapped up before I even take a look at it. I still plan to do a He-Man MOTU mega set. My set list is all ready, just need to start designing dials. I already sculpted several customs so it takes some precedence.

Oh wow! I use to love He-Man when I was a kid. Can you maybe leave a link to some images of your sculpts?
I'll also wait until this set is finished before organizing and pursuing the next Greek Mythology set. I will leave a post in this thread about the start of its own thread when the time comes.

Fixed. With Orion and Python that now makes there exactly 40 Giant Sized figures. A nice round number. I've also added others that you have mentioned. The Argo would be sick.
I'm not too concerned with peanut bases getting their own category because Wizkids never seems to separate the peanut dials in a set. They can be mixed in with the rest of the rarities.
As for draft, I actually think Scylla and Charybdis together is just too strong to have designed into the set intentionally. I was thinking a draft would be two regular 5 figure boosters and one randomized giant sized figure. (Maybe 3 boosters because of the size of the set). Now actually, I think you're on the right track though. Because of the sheer size of the set, perhaps we keep the idea of two Giant Sized per box, but make them randomized? So you have a chance of getting any two characters (minus the Titans who take up a two slots) popping up out of your box. Ares and Poseidon? The Gods have arrived. Scylla and the Hydra? That's a lot of heads. Prometheus and Phoenix? Bring on the fire.
If we give the Giant Sized characters rarities, and plan to put them two per box, I think it would have to be a limited rarity system. Maybe just Commons, Rares, and Chases. You get one Common and one Rare per booster, and the Titans are Chases. My only problem with this though is it counters my previous idea by taking away the randomized factor. Your odds of getting a God (rare) plus a monster (common) go up while your odds of getting two gods (two rares) becomes zero.

I LOVE the Blacksmith of the Gods ability. Really makes him usable in so many teams, even outside of Mythic Battles. I really like it. I also appreciate the scrap tokens ability. FOUR stop clix at the end of that dial. Wonderful. I really really can't wait to play this god. I think this might be my favorite, especially with the Lava Golems. 700 points for 21 defense. This Hephaestus just doesn't stop impressing lol.
