I'm probably nitpicking here but, I would have liked to see the new Willpower power shared among the Green Lanterns that protects against Outwit and Perplex depending on the die roll.
She can HSS become adjacent, decrease all combat values and then make the attack. If she stays adjacent the Invuln gets a lot more mileage when damage values are being decreased. If she didn't HSS then she carried your whole team, preferably with some Plasticity, to keep opponents locked down with those negatives. I'd save the points and run the 100pt line. Since PW uses printed values no benefit during the turn but the Indom and stat reduction with that power set should be worth its points. And if you've ever tried to run an Arkham Asylum theme you will appreciate the fact they now have an uber taxi.
thinking about getting a bunch of Buds and Lous to pair with GL Harley for casual play. It would be interesting to use her then use the GL ability and use her to carry them and have a bunch of poison and blades/claws.
Man I got to say I played her tonight with Green Lantern God of Light and she is f****** amazing the ability to drop all adjacent opposing characters combat values by 1 made it so they can hit my clix. Unstoppable
